TERMS OF SERVICE

I take commissions through Ko-fi,VGEN and Toyhouse

By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service and respect me as an artist

★GENERAL

• I have the right to refuse any commission for any given reason. If I do decline, please do not take it personally.
• Please save and backup your files as soon as they're sent to you. I won't be able to send you any lost files.

★PAYMENTS

• All payments are upfront, prices vary depending on your commission.
• Complex characters come with an additional fee.

★REVISIONS

• I allow up to 2 major changes during the sketch phase. Further edits after that may require an extra fee.

★DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• I am a disabled artist, turnaround time can take a few weeks to 3 months or more.
• If you need me to complete a project faster than the allotted time frames, a rush fee will be charged depending on the due date.
• If anything comes up that might delay your commission, I'll let you know right away.

★USE

• My commissions are for personal use only. You are not allowed to use them for merchandise intended for selling.
• Commercial rights come with an extra charge, you will find them in the request form while filing for a commission.
• You may re-upload the artwork as long as it's any non-profit social media, with credits of course.
• You are not allowed to alter my artwork without permission.
• Do not erase my watermark.

★INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• I retain shared rights to your commission and may use it for promotional purposes or as part of my portfolio for future work.
• My art cannot be used for NFTs/AI

★REFUNDS

• No refunds after I start on the sketch.
• If I’m unable to complete the project, you are entitled to a 50% refund upon request, provided the commission is already in progress.
• If I haven’t started your project yet and you wish to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund upon request.
